ADVERTISERS GUIDE
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISING
The publisher White C White, or simply PUBLISHER and ADVERTISER agree and accept the following terms:
ADVERTISER accepts the conditions presented here by hiring the services of advertising in broadcasting BIJOUX Magazine, published and distributed by the publisher, through the virtual store BIJOUX Magazine.
The PUBLISHER agrees to serve advertisements of the advertiser, provided they comply with Brazilian law and not contrary to ethics and good-manners of the country, with the formats, positioning, issue numbers and other agreed conditions.
ADVERTISER agrees to meet timelines, deadlines and technical specifications set by the Editor to send in material and advertising, already assuming the risk of loss of rented space, without refund of amounts, if these conditions are not met.
ADVERTISER PUBLISHER exempts any responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided on the ads, assuming the full burden arising from legal claims that may take place this information.
The PUBLISHER agrees to pledge efforts to solve technical and business issues that may occur from hiring the service of serving advertising to the effective delivery of your ads, conditional on the timely.
All financial transactions between the parties are given in U.S. dollars the United States of America (USD) and the appropriate currency conversion will be made by electronic payment system. The values employed by ADVERTISER already include all fees and associated taxes resulting from these transactions.
In case of cancellation of Advertiser's ad serving, in part or in full, on the sole initiative of the editor, that undertakes to repay the full amount paid by advertisers through electronic credit payment system used by this, but disclaims any ADVERTISER burden that may incur.
In case of cancellation of ads from advertisers for this unique initiative, the Company undertakes to repay the amount disbursed through electronic credit payment system used, the discounted sum of the rates of payment system, provided as requested by the Advertiser to the 10 days of the month preceding the distribution issue. Cancellation requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.
